Drawings & Modelling
Fabrication Drawings & 3D Modelling
Precise 3D models and workshop-ready fabrication drawings, with every part, weld and dimension your team needs to build it right the first time, checked by an engineer before it reaches the shop floor.
What we produce
- 3D models of structures, equipment and assemblies, checked for fit and clearances before fabrication.
- General arrangement and assembly drawings to AS 1100.
- Part and plate drawings with dimensions, holes, tolerances and material callouts.
- Weld symbols and specifications to AS/NZS 1554, shown on the drawings rather than left to the shop floor.
- Material schedules and cut lists that list every member, plate and fastener.
Why engineer-checked drawings matter
Most workshop problems start on paper: a missing dimension, a weld that isn't specified, a part that doesn't fit. Because our drawings come from the same engineers who did the design, the structure that gets built is the one that was calculated, and your team spends its time fabricating, not guessing.

Frequently asked questions
Can you draw from a hand sketch or an existing part?
Yes. A dimensioned sketch, photos or an existing part with measurements is often enough to start. We'll model it, check it and come back with any questions before anything goes to the workshop.
What's the difference between engineering drawings and fabrication drawings?
Engineering drawings show what the structure has to be: member sizes, connections and design requirements. Fabrication (shop) drawings break that down into the individual parts your workshop builds: every plate, cut length, hole and weld. Because we do both, they match.
What file formats do you supply?
PDF drawing sets as standard, plus native CAD or neutral formats such as DWG, DXF or STEP on request.
